Stephen Hiscock is a company director and business adviser. Recent assignments include chairman of one company and finance director of another.
He has a wide ranging understanding of strategic planning, private company issues, commercial contracts, banking practice, venture capital, corporate finance and shareholder issues. He has worked in the loan finance, venture capital, marketing and intensive care departments of Lloyds TSB and NatWest and has run his own business since 1997.
