Stephen Hiscock is an experienced banker, company director and business adviser.
He has a wide ranging understanding of banking practice and procedures, strategic planning, private company issues, commercial contracts, marketing venture capital, and corporate finance. He has worked in the loan finance, venture capital, marketing and intensive care departments of Lloyds TSB and NatWest and has run his own business since 1997.

- Set up TSB's 'Intensive Care' function to control lending to larger client companies, and individuals, with financial problems. Equity positions taken when appropriate.
- Advised on and implemented survival plans for those companies, in close
co-operation with directors, investors, advisers and other banks.
- Responsible for sanctioning and/or controlling loans through credit analysis, internal procedures, instructing professionals and documentation.
- 100 bilateral and syndicated relationships under direct management.
- Responsible for all aspects of credit risk including mortgages, loans, overdrafts, trade finance, foreign exchange, documentary credits and automated payments.
